The beta

Omni is pre-release software. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued, and bugs may affect availability or stored information. Keep copies of important work. Omni is free during the beta; future pricing, if introduced, will be disclosed before you are charged.

Your account and devices

You provide your own compatible Mac, internet connection, and ChatGPT account with Codex access. Your provider’s eligibility, terms, usage limits, and fees apply. Keep your account, Mac, and pairing codes secure. Pair only devices you control and revoke access when a device is no longer trusted.

AI output and actions

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important information and any proposed action before relying on it. You are responsible for the instructions, files, and permissions you provide, and for using the app lawfully. Do not use it to access another person’s systems or data without permission.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You permit the processing needed to deliver the features you use, as explained in our privacy policy and the applicable AI provider’s terms. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

Third-party services

Omni is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, or Apple. Codex, ChatGPT, macOS, iPhone, and TestFlight are names or trademarks of their respective owners. External services and downloads are governed by their own terms.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful app but do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free results. To the extent allowed by law, the beta is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes responsibility where the law does not permit it.

Changes

We may update these terms as Omni develops. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, communicated through the app. Stop using the app if you do not accept updated terms.
