A few ground rules.

These terms cover your use of Omni Bot and this website, provided by Incredible AS (organization number 921 197 799), Platous gate 9B, 0190 Oslo, Norway. Questions? Contact hello@2001.ventures.

The service

Omni Bot runs your bots on a private computer in the cloud, or on your own Mac. It does not supply AI models: your bots work on the ChatGPT or Claude account you connect, and that provider’s fees and usage limits apply separately. Omni is under active development; features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued, and bugs may affect availability or stored information. Keep copies of important work.

Plans

Omni Bot is sold as a monthly subscription through the App Store, in two plans. Cloud gives your bots a private computer in the cloud, on your own ChatGPT or Claude account. Local runs your bots on your own Mac, on your own ChatGPT or Claude account, and connects your iPhone to it. A first plan, Cloud or Local, starts with 7 days free through the App Store, which gives the free week once per Apple ID; the plan then renews at its monthly price unless you cancel at least a day before the week ends. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. Launch prices are 50% off the regular prices and stay yours for as long as you keep the plan; new subscribers pay the regular prices from December 1, 2026. Plans renew monthly until cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings; deleting your Omni account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Without a plan in force, no computer is provided: a computer whose free week or plan has ended is stopped, and removed with its files 30 days later. A new account for someone who already had a free week, including one made after deleting an earlier account, starts without another. Changes to pricing are disclosed before you are charged. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its terms; for purchases made earlier through Stripe, contact support.

Your account and devices

With a Mac, you provide your own compatible Mac, internet connection, and ChatGPT or Claude account; connecting your iPhone needs an Omni account on the Local plan. Without a Mac, you sign in with Apple or an email address to get an Omni account and a private computer for your bots; one per account. Keep your sign-in secure, and do not use it for cryptocurrency mining, sending unsolicited messages, attacking other systems, or anything unlawful. We may stop a computer or an account that breaks these rules or that runs up unreasonable cost. Your provider’s eligibility, terms, usage limits, and fees apply. Keep your account, Mac, and pairing codes secure. Pair only devices you control and revoke access when a device is no longer trusted.

AI output and actions

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important information and any proposed action before relying on it. You are responsible for the instructions, files, and permissions you provide, and for using the app lawfully. Do not use it to access another person’s systems or data without permission.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You permit the processing needed to deliver the features you use, as explained in our privacy policy and the applicable AI provider’s terms. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

Third-party services

Omni is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, or Apple. Codex, ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, macOS, iPhone, and TestFlight are names or trademarks of their respective owners. External services and downloads are governed by their own terms.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful app but do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free results. To the extent allowed by law, Omni is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes responsibility where the law does not permit it.

Changes

We may update these terms as Omni develops. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, communicated through the app. Stop using the app if you do not accept updated terms.
